How to get hair to grow faster?

Okay.. I hope this question doesn't seem too stupid.

Does anyone know of any way to get hair to grow faster?

A few months ago, I cut it really short, and I hated it. Now I'm trying to get it back where it was, but it's going quite slow.. Are their any products that help with this? Any vitamin supplements?

Thanks.

Well really there's no one product that can grow hair fast. You just need to keep your hair cleaned, conditioned and trimmed. You can fake it until you make it in the meantime, if you choose to. Weaves and wigs are all the rage nowadays.

Get some Nioxin; you can find it in cost cutters...or salons. It will help it grow faster. Try taking a daily multi-vitamin if you don't already. Flax seed oil is supposed to help too but it didn't work for me. I was burned in a fire and lost much of my hair so believe me, I have tried everything. I have a lot of scar tissue from the burn that hair will not grow on....so be glad that you are blessed with a full head of hair, short or long! Good Luck!

Same problem.

I heard massaging your head in some type of oil helps. Idk?

but there is some pills. go to a hair dresser and they may answer and give you something.. it wont grow within a month it may take about a year depending how much you cut.

But just keep trimming it because dead ends happen quite often, and it can make it stop growing. Also wash your hair keep it healthy and clean. :) Hope I helpp?

Hair is something but a mystery. In order to grow your hair faster and healthier. You need to be healthier. Take a multi vitamin and treat your hair like delicate lace. And just eat better and your hair will start to show it be it longer faster or just plain healthier. Hair does love protein since that is what it mostly is.

Biotin supplements will help your hair grow to its fullest potential, which is 1/2 an inch a month, but that's about it. Also keep your hair in good condition so you don't have to cut a lot o whenever you go for a trim.

I had the same problem. I cut my hair in choppy layers, the shortest being to my ears, and the longest barely to my shoulders.

Its still rather short, but I've been taking prenatal vitamins. My older sister works at a pharmacy, and she said that Folic Acid, and maybe B Vitamins make your hair grow faster.

Prenatal vitiamins are supposed to be taken during pregnancy, to help promote the growth of the fetus' nails and hair.

I also bought an 18 inch weave, and cut it into sections. I super glued hair clips onto the tracks, and I wear them everyday. It looks natural, and I can take them out whenever.
