Armpits and pubic area.... quickly starting at puberty.... chest and face hair appears a little later... all pretty much done by 21.... chest and beard last...

As mammals we grow hair all over our body. As humans most of that hair is very light and not noticable but it is everywhere. During puberty guys grow hair on legs, chest, arms, toes, fingers, underarms, genitals, face, back and butt. Some guys grow more and darker in some places than others. I know some guys that at age 17 were more hairy that I am at age 40.
