Foltene, it really works. A friend of mine had alopecia whenever he got stressed out and his hair would fall out in clumps! He would get round bald spots about an inch in diameter. Then we started out with concentrated foltene in a tube, not the shampoo variants. It really works. The hair always grew back the three different times he had alopecia. Rogaine takes a lot longer believe me.

You also could stop using shampoos with selenium content like head and shoulders, they usually hamper hair growth or dandruff treatment shampoos.

Niacin and a vitamin B supplement also helps.

Prenatal vitamins work really well even if you are not pregnant. I take them all of time to grow my hair and nails and keep them shining.
