There is a product in the pharmacy of walmart that is called Hair Skin and Nails. It is almost the same as prenatal pills but it takes out the extra vitamins that you only need if you are pregnant. I know this one cause I am a pharmacy technician and people always ask me that one.

It all depends on what type of hair yo u have, I suggest going to a professional, so they can determine why your is not growing, and they will hopefully find a solution, but you have to keep up with it, you can see results without taking care of it. I learned the hard way
