I have a fairly healty hair... I just think the hair dresser cut my hair too short last time I went there.

heat up some olive oil so its warm

massage into your hair

rap a towel around it

leave it in for 2 - 4 hours

then wash and condition as usual

do this 2-3 times a month

i cut my hair into a pob and really want it to grow like you so ive tried some things:

not really much but....

you should try and get your vitamins eat healthily the usual...

if you want to see how much your hair grows dye it like a really blonde colour and keep an eye on your roots.

also i think tying your hair in a ponytail helps.

I have rubbed vaseline into the roots of my hair i know it sounds silly but in my opinion it really helps!lol

and dont be tempted to cut it again like me!!!!!!haha

add a tsp of cayenne pepper to olive oil and heat it in the microwave till its warm. apply to your scalp and put on a cheapie shower cap. the capcasin in the cayenne pepper stimulates bloodflow%26gt;bloodflow gives more nutrients%26gt;more nutrients gives more growth%26gt;happy camper with long hair =D.

it may feel warm/tingly for a while. if it gets TOO tingly (it shouldn't) then rinse it out and use less cayenne pepper.

I go to Wal-Mart and get these vitamins called Hair, Skin, %26amp; Nails.. They work wonders.. They're quite like a horse pill, as in pretty big.. but I take 1 twice a day and my hair has been doing very good.. They're also super good for nails and your skin, too. I highly reccommend them, they are very cheap, and you get 60+ in the bottle for around $4-$5 at the most.. I suggest looking into them :) They are safe and work well.
